TC Bank has made changes to the standard form of the Agreement for servicing in the remote banking system of CJSC TС Bank

Dear clients!

We inform you that from 01.07.2026 the standards of financial services and technologies SFUT 9.06-2026 “Banking activities” come into force. Ensuring information security. Anti-fraud system when assessing transactions” and SFUT 9.07-2026 “Banking activities. Ensuring information security. Digital fingerprint of the device" in order to ensure information security and the functioning of the anti-fraud system (available for review on the website of the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus https://www.nbrb.by/payment/sertify/actsinforce.asp).

In connection with this, the Bank has made changes to the standard form of the Agreement for servicing in the remote banking system of CJSC TС Bank, concluded with legal entities or individual entrepreneurs, approved by the minutes of the Board of CJSC TС Bank dated 01.08.2024 No. 29 (as amended by the minutes of the Board No. 21 dated 25.06.2026), coming into force on 01.07.2026.

Main changes to the Agreement:

The Bank collects and processes personal data based on the geolocation of the user’s device when using the remote banking system;

The bank receives digital fingerprints of the user’s device when he uses the remote banking system;

a set of device digital fingerprint parameters and other editorial changes are introduced.

The purpose of collecting and processing this information is to counter unauthorized payment transactions.
