Trade Capital Bank hereby informs that as per SWIFT scrl decision the Bank’s BIC (BBTK BY 2X) will be deactivated as November 12th, 2018 11:00 GMT.
Please see the text of the respective notice, received from SWIFT scrl:

As a neutral utility with a global systemic character, SWIFT acts in the interests of the entire member community and plays a pivotal role in supporting the global economy through its provision of secure financial messaging services.
In keeping with SWIFT’s mission to support the resilience and integrity of the global financial system, SWIFT is suspending certain Iranian banks’ access to the messaging system. This step, while regrettable, has been taken in the interest of the stability and integrity of the wider global financial system and based on an assessment of the economic situation.
Consequently, please be advised that your institution CJSC TRADE CAPITAL BANK - BBTKBY2X and any related test-and-training BICs will be deactivated as of MONDAY 12 NOVEMBER 2018 11:00 GMT and all your contracts with SWIFT will be suspended.
